Unable To Open Some Links Through BPM Worklist (Doc ID 2664790.1)

Goal

To Investigate why some URLs/links in BPM (Business Process Management) Worklist related to My Tasks in Change Management are not opening. Link is clickable but nothing happens when user clicks on link.

Users with Mac OS or Windows are facing the issue regardless of their browsers or operating system..

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a change Order and assign it to a user.
2. User receives an email notification to access the task.
3. When user opens the task, BPM tasklist opens.
4. Under Mytask, change order created in step 1 - link is present.
5. User clicks the link and nothing happens.
