Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Customer Import
Trying to import customer using simple spreadsheet template and the following error is encountered:

The value for column PHONE_LINE_TYPE must be a value defined in the lookup type PHONE_LINE_TYPE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fill the data in the simple spreadsheet template
2. Generate the CSV file
3. Run Import Customers
4. Review the TCA report
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot create new contact points in the system.
