In order to ensure that your service requests are routed to the correct support team as well as to automatically create internal collaboration requests with Cloud Operations for certain types of requests, customers will need to choose the correct options while raising SRs on My Oracle Support. The article should help as guidance to raise SRs using the appropriate options.

NOTE:  Oracle recommends customers take sometime and select the appropriate option while creating Service Requests to ensure they are routed to the appropriate support team and triaged in a timely manner.
