On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, .Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to get the Compensation Statements to display correctly. Receiving the message "The template to generate statement is not available in template repository. Please check with your system administrator."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The statements should be visible when they are generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run statement process
2. Go to review the statements
3. See the message on the statement

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is not allowing for the information to be displayed correctly for the Compensation Statements.
