Not Able To Post CM Application When CM Date And Invoice Date Are Both Are In Closed Period (Doc ID 2665159.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Billing - Transactions

Not able to post CM application when CM date and Invoice date both are in closed period.

System is showing error that accounting date is in closed period.
When trying to change accounting date manually to current open period, system is showing same error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The accounting date 29-JAN-20 is not in n open or a future enterable period.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Apply the CM to the Invoice.

2. Post to Ledger


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot apply credit memos to invoices and send to GL.
