Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to select a location in Deliver-to location field while creating Internal requisition.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Should be able to select a location in Deliver-to location field while creating Internal requisition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Select procurement > Purchase requisitions
3. Select More tasks > Enter requisition line
4. Enter item and select source type = Inventory
5. Move to Deliver-to location field and select the location
6. The respective location in issue is not shown
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot see the location and unable to create internal requisition
