Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We are trying to load mass data with HDL.
The loader process is behaving erratically.
The processes are getting completed sometimes and sometime it is getting stuck
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

HDL loads should be completed with success all the time
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loads are completing inconsistently
