Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an Intra-Organization Transfer Order (IMT flow for transferring material between 2 Sub inventories within same Inventory Organization), transfer order is not created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Transfer Order should get created
STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1>Created and Approved a Requisition-XXXXXX—Item is Transfer Order Enabled.
2>Approved the Requisition. But the Transfer Order Didn’t get Generated.
