On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Personal Details and Family and Emergency Contacts , some fields are not translated in Dutch.
They are:
- Academic Title
- Partner Last Name
- Partner Prefix
- Name Format
- Preferred Name


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All fields in Personal Details and Family and Emergency Contacts should be translated in Dutch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set Preferences->Languages->Current Session->Dutch
2. Check Personal Details and Family and Emergency Contacts page
3. Some person name attributes are not translated into Dutch

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Issue does not impact payroll of the company.
