TFM Batch C1-TXNEX Stuck In Progress on Database Connection Loss, Should Error Out (Doc ID 2665299.1)

On : NA version, BT - Batch

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The TFM batch C1-TXNEX, captured a database connection loss error in the logs, but was not ended with error status. Instead the batch was stuck in In-Progress status.

- Error captured in the batch logs:

ERROR (com.splwg.ccb.domain.banking.transactionFeed.transactionFeedAgg.UpdateTransactionBatch) HibernateException in executeWorkUnit of UpdateTransactionBatch for TxnHeaderId : null,
TxnSourceCode : null,DivisionCode : null :: for lowTransId ::29674033 , highTrasnId ::29674546::
org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: ORA-00028: your session has been killed
ORA-00028: your session has been killed

- Error captured in thread pool logs:

Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
[SchedulerDaemon] ERROR (support.context.ApplicationContext) Error creating hibernate session
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Could not open connection

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
For database connection error, not only C1-TXNEX, but all batches should go into Error Status.
