Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

When attempting to create an invoice using REST API by populating the requester name,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The value for the attribute Requester is invalid. You must provide a valid value. (AP-810667)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create an invoice using REST API by populating the requester name,

Due to this issue, users cannot create REST API invoices using the requester name.
