Goal

Timecard approvals not working as expected with some employees

 Approvals of time entry by employee and manager are not working as expected.

Employee entry have to go to line manager for approval(but some ESS time entries are getting auto approved) and Manager/admin entry have to get auto approved (in case of some employees, timecard is still going for approval to line manager or getting error caused by SOA component)
