Error While Stopping The Approval Of Contract With Pending Approval (Doc ID 2665694.1)

There is one Contract for now which is in Pending Approval Status :

It is Stuck in Pending for Approval Status

When tried to Stop the Approval by going into Actions, then Submit the Contract again. But when  stopping the Approval we are getting Following Error :
""You must be the initiator of the approval process or have permission to perform this action. (OKC-196211)  ""
