On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

File-Based Import Activities are Stuck 'In Progress' state for several days.

It can be noticed from the diagnostics that the import is stuck at 'CDM Import BPEL starting' step'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The imports should be successfully completed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit new import activities.
