On : version, Global Payroll

In a process to do Final Settlement for an terminated Employee, while running the Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes that employee is getting errored out.

1) Formula ANNUAL LEAVE_PAYOUT_CAL, line 76, array data value missing. (3=BASIC_SALARY_AMOUNT_ENTRY_VALUE) (4=2)
2) An error occurred when processing formula ANNUAL LEAVE_PAYOUT_CAL.
3) An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=) (FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula ANNUAL LEAVE_PAYOUT_CAL, line 76, array data value missing. (3=BASIC_SALARY_AMOUNT_ENTRY_VALUE) (4=2))
4) An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=Annual Leave Final Disbursement)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Recalculate Payroll for retroactive changes for an terminated employee
2. error occurs
