ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a new approval rule, the bussiness is not ot able to see BMP and bell notifications for newly created journal batches.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notifications should be gotten on all days for all transactions if the settings for notification has not been disabled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have journals approval working.
2. Create a new approval rule of the form:
If Journal Batch Source.Journal Source Name in "Manual","Spreadsheet" and
Journal Batch.Batch Amount same or less than 50000
....
some other approval rules were also using the " Journal Batch.Batch Amount" attribute in the condition.
3. Validate and Commit
4. Test the approval
