Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Customer Import

Unable to add bank account to a customer account using Customer FBDI

ERROR
-----------------------
The specified bank branch or bank account could not be created. Contact your help desk.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload customer FBDI with RA_CUSTOMER_BANKS_INT_ALL sheet populated
2. Bank account is not created under customer account
