Edit Journal Button Requires Save Prior To Allowing User To Edit (Doc ID 2665894.1)

Goal

When entering a Journal through the Manage Journals screen for editable journals such as those that must be corrected prior to posting we can select the "Edit" button which prompts the user to confirm intent to edit, however after confirming the user still must press 'save' in order to edit the journal. Why does the user have to save, rather than being able to edit after pressing the edit button.
