Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Requisition Posting Description Appears Blank When Editing (Doc ID 2665990.1)

Problem Description:

When editing the Posting Description after approval on a requisition, after selecting the Edit button, the area never loads.

A blank posting description displays and the user has to back out, then go back in order to see the Details box, but the description is still blank.
