Error "Could Not Connect to Server. Please Check the Entered URL or the Gateway Server" Occurs When Running Test Connection for Gateway Cloud from P6 Cloud (Doc ID 2666096.1)

When attempting to test the Primavera Gateway connection in P6 or Unifier, the following error occurs.

Could not connect to server. Please check the entered URL or the Gateway Server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Web.
2. Go to Administrator ->Application Settings -> Gateway
3. Enter the Gateway URL in the API URL text box.
4. Enter the Gateway username and password.
5. Click the Test Connection button.
