Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Format Cells window not opening in FRS studio for a particular column while editing a report


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Format Cell Window should appear

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open FRS studio.
2. Create a report or try to edit the existing report.
3. select the cell and click on Format > cells
4. It doesn't show any error but format cell window is not opening.
