When attempting to see the details of a process instance through process tracking the following error occurs when clicking on the instance:

"Error in fetching process instance details. Possible reasons couold be: 1. You do not have sufficient privileges to see the instance details. 2. You are viewing a stale process instance. #. BPM server connection information is not available. 4. The process definition may have been undeployed. An internal error has occurred. Please contact the administrator or Oracle support for help."
