ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Current Emergency Contacts Data Quality Report - Email/Phone Issues

From the COVID-19 Forum, we are attempting to use the provided report: Sample Report - Data quality of emergency contacts (https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/9e5331d6f1).
However, we have run into an issue where we have people with phone numbers for an emergency contact, but the report column is blank.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Running Sample Report - Data quality of emergency contacts should pull in Emergency Contacts' phone numbers

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
OTBI report
  Download the catalog files attached to this post
  Within the BI Catalog, locate the folder where you want to save the content, e.g. Shared Folders>Custom>COVID-19 Reports
  Unarchive the catalog file and you will see the new content
