Symptoms

An error is raised when entering an Order:

Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.

This issue typically occurs when navigating into a field that is supported by a drop down list box. An example is when navigating from the Customer field to the Ship-to or Bill-to Field all of which are drop down lists.
