Output Interface File For Inventory History Export Not Processing with Message "File Empty" (Doc ID 2666628.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Input and Output Interfaces

When attempting to Process the Output Files,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

File is empty


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate Inventory History Export (IHT) file
2. Go to Output Interface UI
3. Search for recent file

Now, user can see the generated file which says File is empty.
