When you try to create or edit a data model in the Shared folder (not Custom folder) you receive the exception

Your user has Business Intelligence Role BIADMINISTRATOR.

You might also get this error why copying a report from the Custom Folder to the Shared Folder.

Additional access control was applied to these folders in the 20B release.
