On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

Manage Direct Transaction approvals are all failing in the test instance
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage direct transaction- failed in TAC- error - faultName: {{TASKOUTCOME_ERROR}TASKOUTCOME_ERROR}
This approval rule is working fine in other environments.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit manage direct approval transactions.
