Symptoms

Actual Behavior

In Local Solution for Chile, the Payables Withholding of Fees Certificate Report and the Payables Withholding of Fees and Participation Certificate Report do not show supplier withhold tax data.

Expected Behavior

In Local Solution for Chile, the Payables Withholding of Fees Certificate Report and the Payables Withholding of Fees and Participation Certificate Report should show supplier withhold tax data.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Navigator.
2. Navigation: Tools > Reports and Analytics > Browse Catalog > Shared Folders > Custom > Local Solution > CL > FSCM Reports.
3. Choose Libro de Retencion de Honorarios Report (Payables Withholding of Fees Ledger Report) or Certificado sobre Honorarios y Participaciones Report (Payables Withholding of Fees and Participation Certificate Report).
4. Run the report.
5. Check View Output.

Business Impact

Due to this problem, withholding taxes of suppliers cannot be seen.
