Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to add assignment to an employee,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access "Add assignment" quick action
2. Search for a person
3. Under "When and Why" tab the issue occurs
