PRC:POZ: Supplier Site Import Would Need To Capture Fax and Email Address for General Inquiries (Doc ID 2667191.1)

Goal

Primary communication is EMAIL but when loading the file with Communication Method as EMAIL and having both EMAIL and FAX number the Import Supplier Sites process is error with exceptions as below.

"You can only provide FAX or FAX_COUNTRY_CODE if SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD is fax".

Users can have Communication methods either EMAIL or FAX but not BOTH. Importer will need to explicitly provide #NULL values for "FAX" , "FAX_AREA_CODE" and "FAX_COUNTRY_CODE" fields in the Site import template to validate the records for all such sites.

However Suppliers / companies typically have a direct phone number for the overall company, fax and email address for general inquiries, then contact details. XXXX has these details captured in the old system and do not want to lose those details.
