Oracle Recruiting Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later

After upgrading to 20A, when attempting to save a prospect/candidate via Create Candidate Using Add under My Client Groups > Hiring > Candidate Search, unable to save the candidate.
Note: No error occurs - nothing will happen and save is not complete.
