Symptoms
An FCCS user is getting a notification email every day stating that their attention is needed for a particular task in Task Manager. Upon clicking the link in the email, FCCS launches and displays the Tasks console, but no tasks are listed for that user.
Administrators scanned the system and found no open tasks to which this user is assigned.
