Getting "Unauthorized" Popup Message When Logging Out of the SSO Application

Customer have SSO setup as custom apps --> IDCS --> Fusion Application, when click logout in the custom app, customer will get Unauthorized popup message as below:
Steps to reproduce:
1. logout from the custom application
2. Click ok on the logout consent page of fusion application
User get unauthorized error
