User Defined DFF Context But Cannot See the Context Field In Corresponding UI (Doc ID 2667503.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User defined Context and corresponding segments for the context. Deployed the Flexfield.
However when navigating to the corresponding UI, user do not see the Context Field. Global Segments are visible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should see the Context field in the UI so that they can select the context and enter the values for context-sensitive segments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Task: Manage Descriptive Flexfield
1. Search for the flexfield
2. Configure Context sensitive segments and deploy the flexfield
3. Go to corresponding UI where the DFF will be displayed
4. Verify if the Context field is displayed in the UI.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view and populate values for corresponding DFF Context-Sensitive Segments.
