Unable To Enter Accout in the Create Jpournal Screen (Doc ID 2668090.1)

On : version, Create and Manage Journals

When attempting to open Account LOV in Create Journal Entry, the following error occurs

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 316, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Journals work area
2. Open Create Journals Page
3. Enter the Journal details and select the Account details in the lines section,Leads to Incident error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use create journals.
