DISABLE_RIB_PUB_TRIGGER_JOB  and  ENABLE_RIB_PUB_TRIGGER_JOB failing with Forked process failed, returned exit code(255).

Steps to reproduce:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. manage_table_triggers.ksh /@RMSAlias DISABLE TRIGGERS.dat
2. manage_table_triggers.ksh /@RMSAlias ENABLE TRIGGERS.dat
