Update Payment Method Via REST API Not Working (Doc ID 2668572.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to update the payment method via the REST API

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees/{PayeeId}/child/externalPartyPaymentMethods/{ExternalPartyPaymentMethodsId}

There is no error generated however the payment method for the site is not reflected as what had been submitted thru the API.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To update the Payment Method

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees/{PayeeId}/child/externalPartyPaymentMethods/{ExternalPartyPaymentMethodsId}

There is no error generated however the payment method for the site is not reflected as what had been submitted thru the API.
