Primavera Portal Page on OCI Does Not Load or Takes 2-3 Minutes to Load (Doc ID 2669077.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to log into a cloud hosted Unifier cloud environment on OCI (https://p6.oraclecloud.com/<SERVICE_INSTANCE> or https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<SERVICE_INSTANCE>), the login page is displayed, the user enters credentials and then the Primavera Portal page should load. But with Google Chrome there will occasionally be a problem where the Portal landing page does not completely load, takes 2-3 minutes to load, or may even timeout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The Primavera Portal page should fully load and allow user to click on the P6 or Unifier link.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Open Google Chrome browser
  2. Enter the Oracle cloud environment URL (example:  https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<SERVICE_INSTANCE>)
  3. When prompted enter user credentials.
  4. At this point the Primavera Portal page should load, but in this case the right pane may remain blank, or timeout after several minutes.
