Symptoms

When attempting to access the Project Tracking view a second time after closing the first time, the P6 Professional application freezes and becomes unusable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional.
2. Go to 'Enterprise > Tracking'.
3. Close the 'Tracking' view by pressing the red X in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Go to 'Enterprise > Tracking'.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close and reopen the Project Tracking view in a single session.
