Customer would like to achieve the following business Requirement creating a Metric and using it in a Rule:

Business Requirements:
Some sensors may give dirty values from time to time, or some sensors may give peaks for example when the machine is switched on there is a pressure peak.

Is it possible to trigger the Rule when the condition is present for more than a certain number of seconds/minutes settable in order to do not take into account dirty values or temporary peaks that exist due to a physical fact (the machine switches on)

Questions regarding Metric creation:

1) Should customer use Time Sum Aggregator?
2) Can Oracle provide one example of Metric code because customer gets the following error:

Error: Error
Cause: Error on metric SQL query parsing - (1, 18): mismatched input
