On : 040.011.000 version, Customer Relationship Mgt.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to run a report on accounts with zip code between 5000 - 9000 we are getting results from all the accounts , filter on zip codes are not seem to be getting into account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We expect to see all the accounts with zip codes between 5000 - 9000 and this is not happening

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Impersonate the user XXX on YYY pod
2. Go to Analytics > My Folders > Test Folder > Test Report

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Accounts are not filtered based on zip code as filters are not taken into account
