Symptoms

Issue Seen :

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and ADW or ATP are in Same Region.

Creating a DV > Connection to ATP Fails With this Error : "Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12529, TNS: connect request rejected based on current filtering rules"

There is a ADW Instance in same Region which connects successfully from OAC. Issue only seen with ATP Connection.
