Symptoms

You are sending a shipment outbound to your IoT system with:

Buy Shipments> Action-Shipment management > Utilities >Send Interface Transmission > External System (IOTFLEET).

The HTTPPOST URL you have configured in the OMT External System is: https://<iotservice>.iad.iot.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fm
