Goal

User had imported a journal in live production, when user went into manage journal to send it for approval, the option to post the journal wasn't available.
Looking the following morning it appears this had been sent by another user for approval and it currently sat with his manager to approve, please note this user does not have access to the ledger, can you advise how this has happened?
