Task Screen Performance from Loading UI to Picking (Doc ID 2669908.1)

Symptoms


In the tasks screen, when trying to access the screen for UI Picking, it takes several minutes to load and sometimes the error message 504 Gateway Time out is received.

Then, when proceeding to pick each item, it takes around 5 minutes per item. So, in total it takes the user more than 30 minutes to pick a single task.

Additionally, the task remains in 'Processing Started' status for around 20 minutes after finishing picking.
