Goal

Why ISR article 174 is of different Limit, lower Tax rate and Fixed rate for fraction II and fraction III? Perception profit sharing the calculation of the ISR with article 174. There is a difference between the calculation of Oracle and the manual calculation.
It can be identified that in Fraction II uses the line from the ISR table different from the one used in Section III. Therefore, the calculation of the tax is different.
