Getting Error for Plan using Scheduled Administrative Life Event
I am trying to correct a rate back to 1/1/2020 that was in error for Open Enrollment. I Setup the Scheduled Administrative life event with an Occurred Life Event date of 1/2/2020 at the Plan Level - Plan = Managed Health Network. It is for the EAP plan type. Automatically assigned during enrollment.
I have attached the screen shots and parameters used when trying to run the Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation.
In researching the error - I ensured the plan year was setup at the Program and Plan level. This Plan does not have an option.
