Symptoms

After deleted the user, follow the steps in Doc ID 2077859.1 to force user synchronizing.
Errors occured when importing LCM.

Error:
EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from Core Platform.
Errors occured during syncrhonization: [The following user already exists in this application: <USERNAME>]
