Duplicate Person Function Is Not Working (Doc ID 2670303.1)

Matching Rule for First name, Last name, Email and Phone number is not working

We are using Customer Data Management data quality check and the used matching criteria for Person is First name, Last name, Email and Phone number exact match.

We cannot see any records under Match results.

How to solve that?


Create a duplicate Person(Contact) function
