Symptoms
Problem Description:
When attempting to approve requisitions or job offers from email, the following error is received:
Your response to this notification was not processed.
The response message is not from the original account to which notification had been sent. Actionable notifications should be responded from the same account to which it had been sent.

This occurs for all approvals from any module.
